Phones won’t work in most areas. The aid stations are close by and there would be volunteers moving along the route all the time.

The routes will be marked by flags, spray paint and also volunteers at important locations.
It will be a mix of trail with dirt road, broken village roads and some asphalt road.

There will also be an intermediate cutoff for the 100 k . We will declare that in race briefing. Those failing to do so will be asked to discontinue.
At the aid stations you will have water, energy drink, dates, peanuts, wafers, jaggery, bread and butter, almonds, oranges, bananas, salt, yogurt. There will also be poha/khichadi/idli/curd at respective places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course, there can be changes to this proposed menu.
As the route is well marked and the aid stations and volunteers are quite close by, so this is very unlikely. The whistle is specifically for this purpose. Please try and backtrack to the nearest road and use the whistle to draw attention.
The runner can contact the incharge person at any aid station who will arrange the transport back to base.
It is a huge risk to miss a mandatory medical check point. We will let you know beforehand at what km aid station is it located. A 30 minute penalty will be levied at the very next aid station.
we will have ambulance facilities as well as paramedics with first aid kits and stretchers for evacuation. We have physicians, general surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeon and physiotherapists on stand by.
In all the recces we have done, there has been no sightings. However, in a sanctuary one has to be alert. The presence of so many aid stations and volunteers will keep them away but keep your whistle handy!
We expect runners to be model citizens to others and so such behaviour is not expected. Will we desist from littering only if there are penalties?
Race briefing is absolutely mandatory. We will share details of briefing well in advance.

There are no timing chips. Race is therefore on gun time. A runner will have to cross the start line within 15 minutes of the official start.
