PRE RACE EXPO AND BIB COLLECTION

WHERE & WHEN ?

The Pre-race expo for HITECH - SCHM18 will be organized on 24th November 2018 (Saturday) from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Venue : Kratos Club,Gaurav Path,Pal , Surat  Location

AT THE EXPO

• Meet other participants
• Collect your running BIB, event t-shirt and goodie-bag
• If you have not registered yet, do a spot registration (on charity BIBs only). The registration fees will be as follows
  • 5 km fun run : INR 1100
  • 10 km race: INR 1700
  • 21.1 km HM Race : INR 2000
• Meet the pacers for both 21.1 KM and 10 KM
• Get photos clicked, munch on some quick-foods, chill out
• BIBs are limited in supply so if you have not registered yet, please ensure to come in early hours
• BIBs will be given out only on 24th November and not on the race day (25th November)
• If you cannot come yourself, please send someone with an authority letter and the counter-slip of form submission
• Don’t forget to visit the SURTI RUNNERS brand shop to order personalised T shirts and caps
